随着经济社会发展,我国城市化,工业化水平不断提高.数以万计工业厂房,自来水泵站被建立.但是关于泵站厂房机械振动安全问题的有关研究还比较少,相关的研究有着重要意义.本文以江东泵站为研究对象,分别用随机子空间法(SSI)、增强型频域分解法(EFDD)和最小二乘复频域法(PolyMax)对不同振动测试工况下进行模态识别,结合ANSYS有限元软件进行分析.结果表明,3种模态识别方法是有效适用的,国产机组老化严重,机组运行时,引起局部共振,危害结构安全.

While the economy and the society are advancing continuously,standards of urbanization and industrialization in China have also been elevated constantly,requiring the establishment of numerous tap-water pump stations in industrial plants.Despite this requirement and associated problems,the aging of pumping-station equipment has been rarely reported.Under such circumstances,we have proceeded to perform modal identifications under different vibration test conditions via Stochastic subspace method(SSI),enhanced frequency domain decomposition(EFDD),and least square complex frequency domain(PolyMax).Modal analyses are then conducted with the aid of ANSYS finite element software.Simulation results validate the effectiveness and the applicability of SSI,EFDD,and PolyMax as modal identification methods for the given problem.Furthermore,results reveal that the aging of homemade unites appears severe,and that local vibrations take place during the pump operation,thus posing threats to the structural safety.Finally,we draw the conclusion that tuned mass dampers(TMDs)qualify as effective equipment of damping.
