乙酰丙酸酯和γ-戊内酯是极具应用前景的生物质基酯类燃料,其掺混的汽柴油具有良好的燃烧和排放性能.纤维素类生物质中的纤维素和半纤维素组分经水(醇)解和加氢还原可以转化合成乙酰丙酸酯和γ-戊内酯.本文详细总结了近年来纤维素类生物质在多种酸催化体系中制备乙酰丙酸酯的研究进展,并根据氢源的差异深入讨论乙酰丙酸(酯)加氢合成γ-戊内酯的催化体系.基于以上讨论,本文进一步提出了经济高效地制备酯类生物燃料的未来研究方向.
Alkyl levulinates(ALs)and γ-valerolactone(GVL)are deemed to be promising biomass-derived ester fuels,which can be blended into regular diesels and gasolines for better combustion and emission performances.ALs and GVL can be produced from cellulose and hemicellulose fractions of cellulosic biomass by means of hydrolysis,alcoholysis as well as hydrogenation.In this review,the recent research progress in the production of ALs from cellulosic biomass in various acidic catalytic systems is comprehensively summarized.Moreover,an in-depth discussion is also provided on the hydrogenation of ALs into GVL using different hydrogen sources.Based on the above discussion,a future research direction of the economic and effective formation of biomass-derived ester fuels is suggested.
