Differences of meiofaunal abundances and distributions in the sandy beaches of four main islands in Fujian Province

于2012—2014年间按季度对福建省漳州市东山岛和火山岛、莆田市湄洲岛、平潭综合实验区主岛海坛岛沙滩进行小型底栖动物样品的采集调查.结果表明:4个采样断面周年共出现自由生活海洋线虫(Nematoda)、底栖桡足类(Copepoda)、多毛类(Polychaeta)、寡毛类(Oligochaeta)、腹毛动物(Gastrotricha)、海螨类(Halacaroidea)、涡虫(Turbellaria)、轮虫(Rotifera)、介形类(Ostracoda)、弹尾类(Collembola)、缓步类(Tardigrada)、端足类(Amphipoda)、动吻类(Kinorhyncha)、水生昆虫(aquatic insect)14个小型底栖动物类群和其他少量未鉴定类群及无节幼体(Nauplii).小型底栖动物年平均丰度趋势为:东山岛(973.93±760.79)/(10 cm2)>海坛岛(810.87±696.75)/(10 cm2)>湄洲岛(276.80±335.31)/(10 cm2)>火山岛(189.86±147.07)/(10 cm2).4个断面的类群组成和丰度总体趋势为春、夏季类群多且丰度高,秋、冬季类群少且丰度低.海坛岛和东山岛出现的类群数量最多,湄洲岛出现的类群数量最少; 火山岛各季节的类群丰富度指数与香农-维纳多样性指数最高.相似性分析结果显示,小型底栖动物群落结构在不同断面和季节间均存在极显著差异,自由生活海洋线虫、涡虫和腹毛动物是导致不同采样区小型底栖动物群落差异的主要贡献类群.

Meiofaunal samples were collected from sandy beaches of the Dongshan Island and the Huoshan Island in Zhangzhou City,the Meizhou Island in Putian City,and the Haitan Island in Pingtan comprehensive pilot zone in Fujian Province during 2012 to 2014.The results show that 14 meiofaunal assemblages were identified at the four sampling sites,including Nematoda,Copepoda,Polychaeta,Oligochaeta,Gastrotricha,Halacaroidea,Turbellaria,Rotifera,Ostracoda,Collembola,Tardigrada,Amphipoda,Kinorhyncha and aquatic insect,as well as other unidentified species and Nauplii.The annual meiofaunal abundance at the Dongshan sampling site((973.93±760.79)/(10 cm2))was greater than that at the Haitan sampling site((810.87±696.75)/(10 cm2)),followed by that at the Meizhou sampling site((276.80±335.31)/(10 cm2))and that at the Huoshan sampling site((189.86±147.07)/(10 cm2)).There were more meiofaunal assemblages and higher abundance in spring and summer,while fewer meiofaunal assemblages and lower abundance in autumn and winter.The Haitan and Dongshan sampling sites had the most meiofaunal assemblages,while the Meizhou sampling site had the fewest.The richness and diversity indices were the highest at the Huoshan sampling site,while the lowest at the Meizhou sampling site.Similarity analysis indicated that the meiofaunal community structure differed significantly among areas and seasons,and the main contributing species to the difference among areas were Nematoda,Turbellaria and Gastrotricha.
