以MgBr2·6H2O、AlCl3·6H2O为原料,Na2CO3-NaHCO3缓冲溶液为沉淀剂,合成了Mg6Al2(OH)13CO3Br1.6Cl1.4·5.5H2O(简写为LDH-CO3-Br1.6 -Cl1.4)晶须,考察了缓冲溶液用量对样品的晶形及晶胞参数的影响,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、N2吸附-脱附法对样品的物相、结晶度、晶体形貌结构和比表面积进行分析.结果发现缓冲溶液用量对样品的形貌和板层结构有较大的影响.当反应液中Na2CO3和NaHCO3浓度分别为0.625和0.25 mol/L,在65 ℃下反应205 h时可获得晶形好、板层结构显著、规整性好、分散性好的LDH-CO3-Br1.6-Cl1.4晶须.

Mg6Al2(OH)13CO3Br1.6Cl1.4·5.5H2O(abbreviated as LDH-CO3-Br1.6 -Cl1.4)whisker was synthesized via liquid precipitation method using MgBr2·6H2O and AlCl3·6H2O as raw materials,and Na2CO3-NaHCO3 buffer solution as precipitant.The influence of the buffer solution amount on crystal form and cell parameters of the samples was investigated.The phase,crystallinity,crystal morphology and structure, and specific surface area of the samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(SEM),and N2 adsorption-desorption method.The results showed that the amount of buffer solution had a significant impact on morphology and lamellar structure of samples.LDH-CO3-Br1.6-Cl1.4 whisker with good crystal shape,remarkable lamellar structure,good regularity and good dispersion can be obtained under the following conditions:the concentrations of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 in the reaction solution were 0.625 mol/L and 0.25 mol/L,respectively,the reaction temperature was 65 ℃,and the reaction time was 205 h.
