为实现渐开线蜗杆(记作ZI型蜗杆)的高效磨削,提出了一种基于像素解法的成形砂轮廓形计算方法,该方法能够避免传统齿轮啮合原理中复杂的解析包络过程.像素解法首先利用包络原理建立蜗杆与成形砂轮之间共轭运动形成的扫掠面模型; 其次用指定颜色点亮扫掠面在屏幕像素点阵中的最佳逼近像素点; 然后通过调整扫掠面的位姿和放大倍数,对扫描区域和边界条件进行了设定,并利用扫掠面的斜率来控制扫掠面的自动放大、分段与重绘.最后通过对屏幕像素点阵的扫描,捕捉指定颜色的临界像素点所在的坐标值,提取扫掠面廓形数据.实验结果表明:该方法是一种高精度的蜗杆磨削用成形砂轮廓形计算方法,蜗杆精度等级达到了4级.

For highly efficient grinding of involute worms,a new method based on pixel solution for calculating the profile of forming wheel is proposed.This method can effectively avoid the complicated analytical calculation process of the gear meshing principle.First,in the pixel solution,the envelope principle is used to establish a sweep surface by conjugate motion between the worm and the forming wheel.Then,a specified color is used to light the best approximation pixel of the swept surface in the screen pixel lattice.The pose and the magnification of the swept surface are adjusted to set the scanning area and boundary conditions,as well as the slope of the swept surface is used to control the automatic magnification,segmentation and redrawing of the swept surface.The profile data of swept surface is extracted by catching the coordinate of the best approximation pixel.Finally,an example has demonstrated that the pixel solution is a highly efficient method for calculating the profile of forming wheel.
