为了研究稀土熔盐电解槽的电解效率与温度场分布的关系,以15 kA大电流稀土电解槽为研究对象,利用COMSOL 多物理场耦合软件,计算了不同的阴阳极圆心距的稀土电解槽的温度场分布和电场等参数.得出了电解槽温度场分布随阴阳极圆心距位置变化关系图,并分析了电解槽内温度场分布对整个电解反应过程的影响,为电解槽的结构优化和安装提供了参考依据.

The electrolysis efficiency of rare earth molten salt electrolysis cell is related to the distribution of the thermal field.Therefore,the mathematical model of 15 kA high current rare earth electrolytic cell,whose cathode and cathode center distances differ from each other,is established.This study uses COMSOL multi-physics field-coupled software to simulate parameters such as the temperature field and the electric field in different parts of the rare earth electrolysis cell and obtains diagrams depicting spatial changes of the electrolyzer temperature in different parts.The influence of the distribution of the internal temperature field in the electrolytic cell on the whole electrolysis reaction process is further analyzed,providing a reference for the structural optimization and the installation of the electrolyzer.
