在纯弯曲复合材料组合管的统一参数法分析中,采用独立双应力函数求解0°和90°的特殊缠绕层及各向同性层,从而代替统一参数法求解过程中当普通层趋向于特殊缠绕层的极限分析,避免了弹性系数关于缠绕角的复杂导数的计算,特别有利于各向同性材料层不存在缠绕角而难以计算导数的问题,推广了统一参数法的应用范围,是对统一参数法的一个改进.数值算例中采用改进的统一参数法分析了不同复合材料组合管的力学性能,结果与有限元精细模拟吻合较好,说明本文中方法的有效性.

In the unified parameter method for the analysis of composite material tubes subjected to pure bending loading,two stress functions independent to each other are used to directly obtain the solution for the special winding layers of 0° and 90° as well as the isotropic material layers,instead of the unified parameter limits as the ordinary winding layers tending to such special layers.Thus those complicated derivatives of elastic coefficients with respect to the winding angle can be avoided.This avoidance particularly beneficial for the isotropic material layers without any winding angle to calculate their derivatives.It is an important improvement of the unified parameter method due to the additional field of its application is provided.In the numerical examples,several composite material tubes are analyzed by the improved unified parameter method.Results agree satisfactorily with those by the fine finite element method,suggesting the effectiveness of the proposed method.
