以24个不同地理种源雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii)为研究对象,测定了各种源叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、水分利用效率(WUE)以及叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)等参数,为评价不同雷公藤种源对环境的适应能力和选择优良种源等提供依据.结果表明不同种源雷公藤的Pn、Tr、Gs、Ci、WUE、SPAD存在显著差异(p<0.05); 主成分分析表明,浙江武义种源在24个种源中具有最高光合特性,是光合性能最强的种源; 聚类分析表明,24个种源雷公藤可分为4类:17个种源为高光合特性型,3个种源为较高光合特性型,3个种源为中等光合特性型,1个种源为低光合特性型.综合分析得出,大部分种源雷公藤的光合能力较好,尤以浙江武义和福建永安2个种源较优,为具有较高光能生产潜力的雷公藤种质资源.

In order to understand the photosynthetic characteristics of Tripterygium wilfordii among different provenances,photosynthetic parameters of 24 provenances were measured,including leaf net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),water use efficiency(WUE)and chlorophyll relative content(SPAD).These parameters could provide the scientific basis for evaluating the adaptation ability to environment and selecting good provenances.The results showed that the differences of Pn,Tr,Gs,Ci,WUE,SPAD among T. wilfordii from different provenances reached a significant level(p<0.05).The principal component analysis showed that the species from Wuyi of Zhejiang had the highest photosynthe-tic characteristics in 24 provenances as the best provenance.The cluster analysis showed that the 24 provenances can be divided into four categories:17 provenances belong to the high photosynthetic characteristics type,3 are of relatively high photosynthetic characteristics,3 are of middle-type photosynthetic characteristics,and the low photosynthetic characteristics type only included one provenance.The results show that T. wilfordii from most of the provenances have good photosynthetic capacity,especially Wuyi of Zhejiang and Yongan of Fujian,which are the germplasm resource of T. wilfordii with high potential of light energy production.
