了解施肥对丹桂(Osmanthus fragrans Lour. var. aurantiacus)幼苗叶片性状、养分限制、化学计量特征的影响对于丹桂的科学施肥具有重要意义.以浦城丹桂(O. fragrans Pucheng dangui)幼苗为研究对象,通过正交设计L9(34)布置N、P、K施肥方案,采用野外试验与室内分析,研究施肥对丹桂幼苗叶片C、N、P含量及其化学计量特征、叶面积(LA)、比叶面积(SLA)、比叶重(LMA)、根茎叶和总生物量及分配比例的影响.结果表明:1)适宜的N、P、K配施可以显著提高丹桂幼苗根、茎、叶和总生物量以及叶片LA、SLA和C、N、P的含量(p<0.05),而LMA显著降低(p<0.05); 2)叶片N和C的含量、P和C的含量存在显著的异速生长关系(p<0.01),但N和P的含量不具有显著的异速生长关系(p>0.05); 3)最佳施肥配方为N 10 g/株、P 4 g/株、K 3 g/株,总生物量显著高于其他配方(p<0.05),且叶片C和N的含量、N:P、LA均达最高值; 4)相关分析表明SLA与P的含量、C与N的含量、C的含量与N:P、N的含量与N:P呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),LA与SLA、C:P与N:P呈显著正相关(p<0.05).研究表明N、P、K配施可以有效改善丹桂的叶片性状和养分分配,提高幼苗的生物量,从而达到优质高产的目的 .

It is important to understand the effect of fertilizing on the leaf characters,nutrient limitation and stoichiometric characteristics of Osmanthus fragrans Lour. var. aurantiacus.In this study,the O. fragrans ‘Pucheng dangui' seedlings were treated with fertilizers that were composed of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)at three different compositions in an orthogonal experimental design L9(34)under field and laboratory conditions.We measured the distribution and chemical characteristics of C,N,P,and LA(leaf area),SLA(specific leaf area)and LMA(leaf mass per area)of leaves and biomass of roots,stems and leaves.The results showed as follows:1)A higher content of roots,stems,leaves and total biomass,as well as LA,SLA,the content of C,N,P of leaves,but a lower content of LMA after the fertilization.2)There is a significant allometric relationship between leaf N and C,P and C,but not N and P.3)In the nine treatments,N2P2K1 was the most effective,with a higher content of total biomass than the others,and the highest content of leaf C,N,N:P and LA.4)Based on Pearson correlation analysis there was a significant positive correlation between SLA and P,between C and N,between Cand N:P,and between N and N:P,and there was a positive relationship between LA and SLA and between C:P and N:P.These results suggest that appropriate fertilizer application can change leaf characters and nutrient distribution of O. fragrans Lour. var. aurantiacus seedlings,promoting the uptake and good circulation of nutrients,and increasing the biomass of seedlings.Therefore,these findings and information are useful for good quality and high yield production of seedlings.
